What is the standard shipping timeframe for large screens?
Most standard-sized screens ship within 2-4 business days. Custom-built or oversized fixed-frame screens may require 7-10 business days for specialized freight handling to ensure they arrive without damage.
Do you offer a warranty on motorized projection screens?
Yes, all our motorized screens come with a minimum 2-year manufacturer warranty covering the motor and internal components, plus a lifetime technical support guarantee from ProjectorScreen.
Can I return a screen if it doesn't fit my space?
We accept returns on standard stock items within 30 days of delivery, provided they are in original packaging. Please note that custom-cut screens and special orders are non-returnable.
What payment methods do you accept?

How do I know which screen material is right for my room?
